Quiet Saturdays on one side, a Milan dance floor on the other
Italy's best-known gay creators split neatly into those who stay in and those who cannot. Jeremy Philippe makes a virtue of coffee and nowhere to be, and Marco keeps to the sea and the streets after dark. Across the divide, Tony is somewhere under the lights of a disco club, and Gabriel Galli And Friends are making a racket on a film set. Each of them lives on a different platform, which says something about how widely the 288 creators filed under Italy have scattered.
Stretching from the Alps down a long peninsula to the Mediterranean, the country shows the sea as often as it shows the cities. Of those cities it is Milan, not the capital Rome, that gets named by the people below.

Coffee mornings, disco floors and a film set that cannot keep a straight face

Jeremy Philippe: The Greek-Souled Gemini of the Slow Saturday
Slow is the word for Jeremy Philippe. An Italian model with a Greek soul and a Gemini's two moods, he is bearded, muscular and proud of a chest he bills as legendary. His pleasures are small ones: coffee with no alarm set, dinner cooked at his own pace, a weekend escape to a town with unfamiliar streets, one last morning by the sea before autumn settles. He is open that his images are AI-made, a candour worth crediting. Custom requests, proper conversation and original photos and videos await The Chosen Few, his Fanvue subscribers. Sultry, unhurried, a touch wistful.

Marco: The Sea-Struck Provocateur of the Midnight Streets
Give Marco the noise of the waves and the salt in the air and he is halfway to seduced already. The rest of the time he is a city creature, most at home on a lit street late at night. On fanspicy he offers photos, video circles and chat, and anyone with a particular fantasy is invited to talk it through. Provocative, and pleased about it.

Tony: The Milan Masseur on the Disco Floor
Milan keeps Tony busy. He works there as a massage practitioner and is still training towards his next qualification. His nights off go to the floor of a Milan disco club, and Halloween found him at a party in Brussels. He sums himself up as gym, kinky, outdoorsy and an exhibitionist, and his OnlyFans page follows suit. The humour is dry and pun-prone, the kind that issues threats by meow. Cheeky, sociable and a grafter: he signed off last year satisfied and promised to work harder on this one.

Gabriel Galli And Friends: The Film Crew That Argues About Box Sets
Collaborators rotate around a single film maker at Gabriel Galli And Friends, which was founded in Italy. The mood backstage is comic, all mistimed Christmas greetings and running disagreements. Away from the camera the talk is cinema: a new season of Dexter eagerly awaited, a John Wick spin-off reviewed, and a long campaign to make a friend watch Game of Thrones. Their LoyalFans page, in English and Italian, promises videos and no advertising. For viewers who value the making as much as the result, it is playful first.
Beards and brawn carry the Italian favourites further
The Italian list is a muscular one from top to bottom, so muscle alone settles little. What separates the popular end is the beard. Hunk more than doubles from the full list to popular pages, and the bearded figure rises from 17% to 28%. We read it as grown-up ruggedness, not gym hours, that carries the favourites in this list. Jeremy Philippe, Tony and Gabriel Galli And Friends all wear the beard, and none of them is trading on it alone. One brings a quiet weekend, one a dance floor, one a film crew.
Frequently asked questions about Italy OnlyFans creators
Only Tony. His page lives on OnlyFans, while Jeremy Philippe is on Fanvue, Marco on fanspicy and Gabriel Galli And Friends on LoyalFans. Each platform wants its own sign-up, so it pays to decide who appeals before opening accounts all over the place. Each one's location is in the cards below.
Tony is the Milan man. He works there as a massage practitioner and spends his nights off on the floor of one of the city's disco clubs. The others keep their whereabouts looser. Jeremy Philippe favours quiet mornings by the sea, and Marco prefers a city street after dark without ever naming the city.
Jeremy Philippe lists custom requests as part of his Fanvue offer, alongside original photos and videos. Marco goes about it more conversationally, inviting anyone with a particular fantasy to talk it over with him in chat first. Tony and Gabriel Galli And Friends make no such promise, so assume their pages are what they are.
Gabriel Galli And Friends, easily. The man in charge is a film maker first, and when the cameras stop the conversation turns to Dexter, Game of Thrones and whatever John Wick spin-off has just come out. Their LoyalFans page is a videos-only affair in English and Italian, made with a cast of collaborators and a good deal of laughter.
Tony, whose weekends belong to a Milan disco club and who has travelled as far as Brussels for a Halloween party. Marco is the quieter option, a man of lit streets and late hours with the sea on his mind. Jeremy Philippe is the opposite case: he nearly stays home, and often does.
